We are currently seeking a Policy Officer Education to join our dynamic team at the Department of the Built Environment. As a Policy Officer, you will be part of the Education and Student Affairs (ESA) team, providing a wide range of services to support education, such as advising students, supporting teachers, quality assurance, and educational policy.
As a Policy Officer Education you will play an important role in the shaping and execution of the departmental educational programs. You will oversee the strategy, policy, regulations, and execution of education, ensuring they are aligned and balanced. Working closely with key stakeholders such as program directors, manager ESA, program coordinator, quality assurance, teacher support, Examination and Program Committees, teachers, and students, you will have the opportunity to take on various roles such as analyst, advisor, expert, and project leader on a wide range of education related topics. Your well-developed analytical and conceptual skills enable you to develop policy proposals within given frameworks. You involve relevant stakeholders in decision making processes and your excellent (Dutch and English) communication and organizational skills will be essential in creating support for successful implementation of educational policies and improvement projects.
As a departmental Policy Officer you will also play a role in TU/e-wide education policy projects and be an active member of the policy chain.
