The Beethoven Admissions Optimization project is a strategic initiative at TU/e aimed at significantly increasing the number of (inter)national master’s students by 2030. To support this ambition, the admissions process must be critically evaluated and potentially redesigned to ensure it is scalable, efficient, and student-friendly.
As Project Manager, you will lead this three-year project, coordinating efforts across the International Office and departmental admissions boards (DABs). You will be responsible for analyzing the current process, identifying bottlenecks, and developing a future-proof admissions model. Your work will directly contribute to improving conversion rates from application to enrollment and ensuring the admissions process aligns with TU/e’s internationalization goals.
You will manage a phased implementation roadmap, oversee stakeholder engagement, and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are monitored and met. Collaboration, communication, and change management are essential components of this role.
