About TU/e and Enterprise Service Management
TU/e is an internationally renowned university that trains engineers of the future and pushes the boundaries of science and technology for a better world. Our lively and inspiring campus hosts an international community of more than 4,000 employees, 13,000 students, and nearly 3,000 guests.

TU/e has decided to replace her service management applications to one Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform for the university, starting with the departments of HRM, Student Support and IT. Our goal; better service for our students, employees and researchers. The coming year we will start redesigning our service processes and build our service management platform.

Job Description

Your role
As an Adoption Consultant, you will work with the team and play a crucial role in driving the adoption of the use of the ESM platform within TU/e. Together with the Enterprise Service and Process Optimization team, you will develop strategies to maximise the value of the platform for our departments and user groups.

You will be responsible for designing and executing the full adoption strategy for the ESM platform. This means you will not only develop the strategic approach, but also implement it across all relevant areas, from stakeholder engagement and communication to training and inspiration sessions. In this role, you act as the communicator, facilitator, and motivator, ensuring that the strategy is effectively translated into practice and embraced throughout the organization. As part of this, you will also set up and coordinate soundboard groups and the key-user community, working closely with colleagues and key users to gather feedback, share best practices, and continuously improve the adoption experience.

In addition, you will be responsible for setting up and coordinating the soundboard groups and key-user community linked to TU/e's ESM platform. You will work closely with colleagues and key users to gather feedback and share best practices.

What You'll Do:

  • Increase adoption and usage of the ESM platform by developing strategies and corresponding project/change approaches.
  • Provide communication, training strategies, and inspiration sessions through needed visualization.
  • Set up and coordinate the soundboard groups and key-user community.
  • Advise clients on optimizing business processes through the use of the ESM platform  

Job Requirements

  •  Higher professional education (HBO) level, in the field of communication and/or business administration.
  • Proven experience as an adoption consultant or change manager within a large public organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training sessions.
  • Someone who sees opportunities, is independent and proactive, driven by intrinsic motivation.
  • Organizational sensitivity.
  • A team player with a flexible and creative mindset.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum/KANBAN.

We also offer you:

  • A monthly salary of between € 3.546 and € 6.433 for full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and experience (scale 10 or 11 of the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities).
  • In addition to holiday allowance 8%, a structural end-of-year bonus of 8.3%.
  • 41 vacation days (based on 40-hour workweek).
