About TU/e and Enterprise Service Management
TU/e is an internationally renowned university that trains engineers of the future and pushes the boundaries of science and technology for a better world. Our lively and inspiring campus hosts an international community of more than 4,000 employees, 13,000 students, and nearly 3,000 guests.

As an Adoption Consultant, you will work with the team and play a crucial role in driving the adoption of the use of the ESM platform within TU/e. Together with the Enterprise Service and Process Optimization team, you will develop strategies to maximise the value of the platform for our departments and user groups.
You will be responsible for designing and executing the full adoption strategy for the ESM platform. In this role, you act as the communicator, facilitator, and motivator, ensuring that the strategy is effectively translated into practice and embraced throughout the organization. As part of this, you will also set up and coordinate soundboard groups and the key-user community, working closely with colleagues and key users to gather feedback, share best practices, and continuously improve the adoption experience.
In addition, you will be responsible for setting up and coordinating the soundboard groups and key-user community linked to TU/e's ESM platform. You will work closely with colleagues and key users to gather feedback and share best practices.
